ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT CO-OP
(aka: SALES ADMIN CO-OP)

You will be a contributor to the Support and Operations team here in Thu Duc City, helping build thought leadership and awareness across our national markets.
The account management team is part of our new sales organization. As such, through your work, you will gain an understanding of how to ensure customer success and more.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Break time: 12:00 – 13:00

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Support Account Manager’s in submiting and monitoring new customers information to the system
Handle administrative tasks; maintain office supplies
Report daily & monthly workload to the supervisors
Draft and prepares expense reports and purchase orders
Review and check the process of assigned tasks daily, weekly, monthly
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
- The candidate is expected to have at least one dose of vaccine to apply for the
position (>= 14 days from the vaccinate date) - Female candidate is preferred
- Personal laptop required
- Good communication skill, teamwork
- Be diligent, responsible, and careful
