eCommerce Merchandiser
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The eCommerce Merchandising team is focused on optimizing DVN’s eCommerce, merchandising and marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, conversion, and profitability. We leverage e-commerce best practices, technology, customer data, and analytics to collaborate across departments to build an engaging, efficient shopping experience that delights, creates loyal customers, and increases revenue.
This role will focus on driving a data-backed customer journey through our site for all car care products and tools.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
You will be the first point of contact for either our B2C, B2B and Key account-customers and responsible for their requests via phone, email or LiveChat
Execute and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to category and product page content
Make recommendations for site enhancements across websites to improve the customer experience throughout their onsite journey
You will work with manager to prioritize when technical support is required
Analyze trends and historical data at category level in order to manage in-season opportunities or risks and make relevant site updates.
You analyze and track relevant success metrics (Online store score, response time, backlog, phone coverage), identify the business priorities and translate them into actions for your team helping them to further develop and grow, both professionally and personally
This role is perfect for a junior who is interested in gaining an understanding of building and leading high performing teams in an agile environment in car care industry.
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
You are pursuing a degree in journalism, communications, English or a related field and have a solid academic record. You are detail-oriented, able to take initiative and comfortable with multi-tasking. You have excellent writing skills. You’re able to work well as part of a team, but also independently and look for opportunities to own projects that deliver results. You may not know the car care industry, but you’re willing to learn.
