Auto Detailing Trainer
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Full – Time Retail Advisor to work in DVN’s Training Center in Thu Duc City, HCMC. The Training Center is the hallmark of the DVN brand and represents our core values: finding unique ways to deliver a premium training courses, and an exceptional customer experience in our hot pursuit of perfection.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of product technical information in Auto Detailing (car wash, engine detailing, interior/exterior detailing/paint corection/coatings)
- Provides input and ideas on products and engaging services for the Training Center
- You will work very closely with our sales and e-com teams
- Assists with hands-on practice to direct students at all levels
- Other duties as needed
Physical demands:
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, wasing cars, and standing for consecutive hours
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- 1+ year of experience within Auto Detailing work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills, with a genuine desire to help people reach their training goals
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Strong computer skills and preferably previous experience with Microsoft Office
