The Social Engagement Team

The Social Engagement Team handles our social media platforms in one of our market. The role requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape and how to leverage its functionalities through strategic storytelling to engage our audience.

The Social Media Marketing works closely with within content, media and strategy to plan, execute and evaluate social media marketing initiatives.

We aim to strike the perfect balance of content that’s sharp, provocative, useful, and engaging; we aim to give our audiences everything they need to navigate a performance lifestyle, as well as the unexpected pleasures of excellent storytelling.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Run our brand social accounts, leading to an increase in organic traffic, followers, and engagement.

Frame and package our stories in a creative, engaging way and develop a unique voice on our social accounts that’s locally relevant for the car detailing market.

Be the voice of Detailing Vietnam. Interact and respond to consumers’ reactions and questions through engaging community management.

Manage content from contributors and partner with external talent.

Execute and update social media content plans in collaboration with other team. This will involve development of both planned and ad-hoc content, publishing, and facilitation of promotional activities on social media.

Use data to make decisions and tell a story.

Monitor and report performance of published social content and community interactions.

This role is perfect for a junior who is interested in gaining an understanding of building and leading high performing teams in an agile environment in car care industry.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

You are pursuing a degree in journalism, communications, English or a related field and have a solid academic record. You are detail-oriented, able to take initiative and comfortable with multi-tasking. You have excellent writing skills. You’re able to work well as part of a team, but also independently and look for opportunities to own projects that deliver results. You may not know the car care industry, but you’re willing to learn.
